Job summary

FARPOINT in Jakarta Pusat seeks a proactive Sales professional to drive new business in the events and venue rental sector. You will identify corporate clients, event organizers, agencies, and other potential customers to expand our client base.

You will manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and venue presentations to proposals, negotiations, and closing deals, while nurturing existing relationships for repeat bookings.

Qualifications

• Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Hospitality, or related field.
• At least 3 years of sales experience in venue rental, hospitality, MICE, or event management.
• Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills; ability to build networks with corporate clients.

Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new clients, including corporate companies, event organizers, event agencies, and others.
• Manage end-to-end sales process from prospecting to closing.
• Maintain relationships with existing clients and partners for repeat bookings.
• Monitor sales performance, pipelines, and market trends for opportunities.
• Coordinate with Event, Operations, and Marketing teams to ensure smooth events and client satisfaction.

• Coordinate with Event, Operations, and Marketing teams to ensure smooth event execution and client satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Marketing, Business, Hospitality, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in venue rental, ballroom, hospitality, MICE, or event management.
• Strong skills in business development, client relationship management, negotiation, and closing deals.
• Established networks with corporate clients, event organizers, agencies, or relevant industry partners are an advantage.
• Target-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently or in a team.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
