Job summary

PT Citra Cikopo Arion (Luxury Inn Arion Hotel) in East Jakarta seeks a marketing professional to develop and execute strategies for hotel facilities, events, and MICE services to attract both individuals and corporate clients.

You will identify prospective clients, build strong relationships, manage bookings, and present our facilities directly and virtually, collaborating with the marketing and events teams to ensure successful conferences and stays.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in hotel marketing or sales.
• Professional appearance, honest, disciplined and responsible.
• Strong communication skills and confidence.
• Marketing experience in the hotel industry.
• Extensive database and networking (Corporate, Government, MICE)

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategies for room facilities, events, and MICE to attract potential customers, both individual and corporate.
• Identify and reach prospective clients, including corporate accounts, travel agents, event organizers, and others.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure business continuity and repeat business.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets and maximize revenue.
• Present hotel facilities and services to prospective clients, both directly and virtually.
• Prepare and submit sales reports and forecasts to management.
• Collaborate with the marketing team in implementing promotional campaigns and various events.
• Handle the booking process, including contract preparation, booking confirmation, and fulfilling all client needs.
• Work closely with event organizers and operational teams to ensure smooth execution of conferences, meetings, and other events at the hotel.
• Provide excellent customer service by responding to client needs or issues and ensuring all requirements are met during their visit or stay.
