Job summary

Pengiklan Anonim is seeking a results-driven Marketing & Sales professional to drive hotel facilities, events, and MICE services in East Jakarta. You will identify prospective clients, cultivate relationships, and lead revenue-generating sales initiatives across corporate accounts and travel partners.

You will collaborate with the marketing team to execute campaigns, manage bookings, and ensure seamless event delivery while delivering exceptional client service throughout visits or stays.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Formulate comprehensive marketing strategies for room facilities, events, and MICE services to attract potential customers
• Identify and reach prospective clients, including corporate accounts, travel agents, event organisers, and similar prospects
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure business continuity and repeat business
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets and maximise revenue
• Present hotel facilities and services to prospective clients, both directly and virtually
• Prepare and submit sales reports and forecasts to management
• Collaborate with the marketing team in executing promotional campaigns and various events
• Handle the booking process, including contract preparation, booking confirmation, and fulfilling all client requirements
• Work closely with event organisers and operational teams to ensure smooth execution of conferences, meetings, and other events at the hotel
• Provide excellent customer service by responding to client needs or issues and ensuring all requirements are met during their visit or stay
