PT Duta Abadi Primantara membuka posisi Staff Piutang yang profesional dan teliti untuk bergabung dengan tim Keuangan & Akuntansi kami. Posisi ini menuntut pemahaman menyeluruh atas akun piutang, penagihan, dan administrasi dokumen keuangan.

Pelamar dengan lulusan baru dipersilakan melamar; kemampuan Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot) dan pengalaman ERP seperti Oracle atau Accurate akan sangat membantu. Lokasi di Indonesia dengan komitmen kerja tim yang kuat dan akurasi tinggi.

Qualifications

• Gelar Sarjana di Akuntansi atau bidang terkait.
• Gelar fresh graduate dipersilakan melamar.
• Pemahaman yang baik tentang risiko piutang dan proses penagihan.
• Mahir Excel, termasuk VLOOKUP dan Pivot Tables.
• Familiar dengan ERP seperti Oracle, Accurate, atau sistem serupa.
• Mampu mengelola dokumen keuangan seperti faktur, kwitansi, dan slip PPH.
• Rinci, disiplin, bertanggung jawab, dan terorganisir dengan baik.
• Keterampilan komunikasi dan interpersonal yang kuat.
• Mampu bekerja mandiri maupun dalam tim.

Responsibilities

• Melakukan pencatatan dan administrasi transaksi piutang secara akurat.
• Memantau pembayaran pelanggan dan saldo piutang yang tertunda.
• Menyusun laporan piutang secara tepat waktu.
• Melakukan rekonsiliasi data piutang dengan catatan pembayaran.
• Berkoordinasi dengan pihak internal maupun eksternal terkait penagihan.
• Memastikan dokumentasi dan kepatuhan terhadap prosedur perusahaan.

Job description

PT Duta Abadi Primantara is looking for a professional and detail-oriented Account Receivable Staff to join our Finance & Accounting Team.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or a related field.

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; experience in Account Receivable is an advantage.

Good understanding of Account Receivable and collection administration processes.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables.

Familiar with ERP systems such as Oracle, Accurate, or similar systems.

Able to manage financial documents such as invoices, receipts, and withholding tax slips accurately.

Detail-oriented, disciplined, responsible, and highly organized.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Able to work independently and effectively as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform accurate recording and administration of accounts receivable transactions.

Monitor customer payments and outstanding receivable balances.

Prepare accurate and timely accounts receivable reports.

Conduct reconciliation of receivable data with payment records.

Coordinate with internal and external parties regarding billing and collection activities.

Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company procedures.
