Job summary

Mercure Serpong Alam Sutera is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to lead day-to-day operations and ensure service standards. You will supervise housekeeping staff, manage shift openings and closings, and coordinate with Front Office to meet guest needs.

Experience with Opera PMS is a plus. You are service-oriented, with strong leadership and interpersonal skills, able to audit rooms, allocate tasks, and maintain cleanliness.

Housekeeping Supervisor

Reliable and engaging. As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will demonstrate the essence of creating an exceptional guest journey. You are committed to taking care of the guests from the moment they arrive through to their departure.

Job Description:

• Supervise the implementation of housekeeping standards and procedures.
• Open and close the shift and ensure effective shift handover.
• Assist with the preparation of efficient departmental work schedules.
• Perform room allocations and room inspections to check audit standards and ensure overall cleanliness.
• Liaise with Front Office for guest and hotel requirements.
• Replenish guest supplies and ensure that guests' requests are promptly attended to.

Qualifications
