Job summary

AccorHotels Indonesia is seeking a Sales Executive – Corporate Segment to drive corporate room revenue by acquiring new accounts and growing relationships with existing clients. The role requires conducting sales calls, negotiating contracts, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver excellent service and meet brand standards.

The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years in hotel sales, strong negotiation and communication skills, and a solid understanding of corporate travel and hotel market

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s in Hospitality, Business, or related field.
• 1–2 years in hotel sales, preferably corporate accounts.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Good understanding of corporate travel and hotel market segments.
• Target-oriented with strong follow-up skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and hotel sales systems.
• Fluency in English; another language is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Generate and maximize corporate room revenue by acquiring new corporate accounts and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
• Conduct sales calls and negotiate corporate contracts to achieve assigned sales targets.
• Monitor account performance and coordinate with internal departments to ensure excellent service delivery.
• Ensure compliance with hotel policies and brand standards in all dealings.
• Collaborate with marketing and revenue teams to optimize corporate sales strategies.

Job Description

The role includes conducting sales calls, negotiating corporate contracts, achieving assigned sales targets, monitoring account performance, and coordinating with internal departments to ensure excellent service delivery and customer satisfaction, in line with hotel policies and brand standards.

Qualifications

Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, or a related field.

Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in hotel sales, preferably handling corporate accounts.

Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.

Good understanding of corporate travel and hotel market segments.

Target-oriented with strong follow-up skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and hotel sales systems.

Fluency in English and an additional language is an advantage.
