Job summary

PT Hoki Distribusi Niaga (HDN) is seeking a Sales Executive to drive B2B and foodservice growth. The role involves managing existing accounts, forging new business, and expanding opportunities across designated territories through regular field visits.

The ideal candidate has 2–4 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in foodservice, HoReCa, or related FMCG distribution. A motorcycle and SIM C are required for on-site visits.

PT Hoki Distribusi Niaga (HDN) is looking for a Sales Executive - B2B & Foodservice to join our team.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing existing accounts, developing new customers, expanding business opportunities within your territory, and supporting the growth of our foodservice and B2B business.

This position is field-oriented and requires regular customer visits and prospecting activities across Jababeka, Cikarang, Bekasi, Karawang, and Bogor.

You will report directly to the B2B & Foodservice Business Manager.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and maintain existing B2B & foodservice accounts.

Identify and acquire new customers and business opportunities.

Develop sales opportunities within the assigned territory.

Develop and maintain relationships with foodservice distributors.

Conduct regular customer visits and prospecting activities.

Maintain sales reports and manage sales pipeline.

Support collection activities and follow up with customers when required.

What We're Looking For

2-4 years of experience in B2B sales.

Experience in foodservice, HoReCa suppliers, FMCG distributors, frozen food, beverage, or rice/staple food is preferred.

Having a database or network within HoReCa/foodservice is a strong advantage.

Experienced in negotiating price, volume, payment terms, and commercial deals.

Field-oriented and comfortable conducting sales calls at least 3 days per week.

Have your own motorcycle and valid SIM C.

Strong communication, negotiation, relationship-building, and sales skills.

Target-oriented and able to develop new business opportunities.
