Job summary

PT ARUNG LAUTAN JAYA is seeking a Sales Executive to manage daily client communications, prepare reports and quotations, and nurture relationships in the shipping and logistics sector. You will work with the Sales Manager to implement strategies and retain existing customers while actively pursuing new accounts.

The ideal candidate has a marketing degree, at least 1 year in shipping/logistics, and strong English/presentation skills, with a robust professional network across industries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in shipping, forwarding, or logistics.
• B2B sales experience; shipping with FAME commodity is a plus.
• Fluent in English with excellent presentation skills.
• Strong customer network across industries.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily communication with clients via calls, emails, and meetings.
• Prepare visit reports, sales quotations, and customer updates.
• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients.
• Collaborate with the Sales Manager and internal teams to execute sales strategies.
• Retain existing customers and actively acquire new ones (hunting accounts).
