• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English; valid driver's license.
• Willingness to travel extensively within Indonesia.

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Executive to drive sales growth and expand our market presence for PT Multi Farmindo Jaya. This role involves building and maintaining strong customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets within our agricultural product portfolio.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed assigned sales quotas.
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through market research, networking, and cold calling.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with key stakeholders.
• Present and demonstrate product features and benefits to prospective and existing customers.
• Negotiate contracts and close sales effectively.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
• Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and activity plans.
• Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, production, logistics) to ensure customer satisfaction and efficient order fulfillment.
• Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote products and build professional networks.
• Provide excellent post-sales support and address customer inquiries or issues promptly.

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Agriculture, or a related field.
• Proven track record of success in sales, preferably within the agricultural, animal feed, or related industries.
• Strong understanding of the Indonesian agricultural market is a plus.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and spoken).
• Possession of a valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively within Indonesia.
