Job summary

PT Multi Farmindo Jaya is seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to drive revenue growth and expand market presence across Indonesia. You will identify new business opportunities, manage relationships with distributors and farmers, and promote our animal feed and agri-food products.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in a related field, 2–3 years of sales experience in livestock or feed, and strong communication and negotiation skills.

• 2–3 years of proven sales experience in livestock, animal feed, or poultry.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Result-driven mindset with a track record of meeting/exceeding targets.
• Willingness to travel frequently to meet clients and explore opportunities.
• Valid driver’s license (SIM A and/or SIM C).
• Fluency in Indonesian; basic English is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing distributors, farmers, and business partners.
• Conduct regular market visits to understand customer needs and market trends.
• Present, promote, and sell PT Multi Farmindo Jaya product portfolio with clear value propositions.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and payment terms per company policy.
• Coordinate with technical support and logistics to ensure timely delivery and excellent service.
• Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and market analyses to the Sales Manager.

Job Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing distributors, farmers, and business partners.
• Conduct regular market visits to understand customer needs, gather competitor intelligence, and identify market trends.
• Present, promote, and sell PT Multi Farmindo Jaya product portfolio by highlighting product value and benefits.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and payment terms in accordance with company policies.
• Coordinate with the technical support and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and excellent customer service.
• Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to the Sales Manager.

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Animal Husbandry, Veterinary Medicine, Agribusiness, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2–3 years of proven experience as a Sales Executive, preferably within the livestock, animal feed, or poultry industry.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Result-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Willingness to travel frequently to various regions to meet clients and explore market opportunities.
• Possession of a valid driver’s license (SIM A and/or SIM C).
• Fluency in Indonesian; basic proficiency in English is an advantage.
