Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Agriculture, or related field.
• Proven sales success, preferably in agricultural or related industries.
• Strong understanding of the Indonesian agricultural market is a plus.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English; valid driver's license.
• Willingness to travel extensively within Indonesia.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve quotas.
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities via market research and networking.
• Build and maintain long-lasting customer relationships with key stakeholders.
• Present and demonstrate product features and benefits to customers.
