Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 8–10 years of relevant experience including managerial or team-leadership experience.
• Experience in Sales Operations, Sales Excellence, Business Analytics, Commercial Operations, or Sales Support.
• Experience in manufacturing, FMCG, building materials, coatings, B2B distribution, or multi-channel sales is preferred.
• Professional working proficiency in English.
• Strong skills in data analysis, sales reporting, dashboards, and business systems.
• Strong understanding of sales analytics, forecasting, KPI, territory & quota management, incentives, and process improvement.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain sales dashboards and performance analytics for key KPIs.
• Analyze sales performance across channels, regions, branches, territories, customers, salespersons, and products.
• Ensure timely sales administration, order coordination, documentation, customer requests, and Customer Services.
• Lead sales forecasting using historical performance, pipeline trends, and market indicators.
• Drive territory, quota, target allocation, productivity, and incentive planning.
• Improve sales processes, SOPs, Work Instructions, approval flows, and administrative procedures.
• Manage and improve sales systems, reporting tools, and digital solutions.
• Establish data governance and standardized KPIs for accurate and reliable sales information.
• Lead the Sales Excellence & Data Analytics team in delivering analysis, reports, dashboards, and insights.
