Job summary

ABeam Consulting Indonesia seeks an experienced analytics leader to identify client challenges and lead the proposal and design of data analytics solutions addressing them. You will manage overall project progress and quality, drive analytics design, data extraction and processing, statistical testing and modeling, and develop advanced dashboards for visualization.

Additionally, you will oversee implementation, monitor post‑launch performance, mentor the analytics team, and expand opportunities

Qualifications

Lead and manage data analytics projects from business challenges to solution deployment.
Collaborate with clients to ensure progress and quality align with objectives.
Leverage data analysis, statistics, and analytics tools to guide the team.
Present actionable insights to support client decisions and drive value.
Participate in pre-sales activities to contribute to new business.

Responsibilities

Identify client business challenges and lead the proposal and design of data analytics solutions to address them.
Manage overall project progress and quality, taking responsibility for analytics design, data extraction, cleansing and processing.
Conduct statistical testing, EDA, model creation, and optimization.
Design and develop advanced reporting and dashboards for data visualization.
Oversee implementation in client systems and monitor post-implementation performance.
Lead and mentor the analytics team and foster continuous improvement.
Expand data analytics opportunities through pre-sales activities.
