Job summary

PT Indowire Prima Industrindo seeks a capable Production Assistant Manager for Indowire Plant 1 to support daily operations and drive efficiency. You will work with the Production Manager to meet targets, ensure quality, and maintain delivery schedules.

You will monitor processes, improve OEE and manpower utilization while upholding safety, SOPs, and ISO quality standards. This role requires strong leadership and a track record of continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Materials and Metallurgical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in automotive manufacturing, or 5 years in non-automotive manufacturing at the Production Assistant Manager level.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, OEE, TPM, Continuous Improvement and quality mgmt systems (IATF 16949, ISO 9001, ISO 45001, ISO 14001).
• Experience in managing production targets, schedules, safety and quality requirements.

Requirement :
