Job summary

PT NADESCO INDONESIA, a trading company for industrial machineries and equipment, seeks a senior sales professional to identify customer needs and deliver technical sales solutions for automation systems and welding equipment. You will prepare quotations, build client relationships, and coordinate with engineering teams to ensure project success.

Ideal candidates hold a Diploma/Bachelor’s in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering with 10–15 years B2B sales experience and strong

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
• Technical knowledge in engineering, factory automation, PLC/control systems, welding equipment, or industrial electrical equipment.
• Ability to read technical drawings and understand customer specifications.
• Minimum 10-15 years of B2B technical or industrial sales experience.
• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; reporting and administration such as making quotations.
