Job summary

You will build and maintain customer relationships and identify new opportunities across multiple industries. The role involves coordinating with technical teams to meet customer requirements, maintaining accurate account information, and supporting annual sales plans.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in pump, mechanical seal, rotating equipment, or related industrial companies.
• Experience handling customers or projects within Oil & Gas, Power Generation, Chemical, Pulp & Paper, Pharmaceutical, Food & Beverage, or other process/manufacturing industries.
• Good understanding of local industrial business practices, customer requirements, and market dynamics.
• Willing to travel as required for the position.

Responsibilities

• Organize, plan, execute, and manage sales activities within the assigned market or territory.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and identify new business opportunities.
• Create, maintain, and regularly update customer and account information.
• Contribute to annual sales planning and departmental objectives in line with overall business goals.
• Establish sales targets and actively support the achievement of agreed sales objectives.
• Prepare and maintain product pricing, quotations, and commercial information for standard products.
• Establish and maintain relationships with key customers, industry organizations, and relevant business partners.
• Represent the company at customer meetings, industry events, seminars, exhibitions, and other relevant forums.
• Monitor market and industry developments, customer requirements, and competitor activities to identify potential business opportunities.
• Prepare sales forecasts, sales updates, market information, and other reports for management.
• Coordinate with technical, engineering, and internal teams to ensure customer requirements are properly addressed.
• Provide technical and commercial support to customers throughout the sales process.
• Perform other sales-related responsibilities as assigned by management.
