Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, or a related discipline.
- Experience as Sales Engineer or Technical Sales Engineer in HRB/Industrial/Oil & Gas/Power Plant sectors is a strong advantage.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English, with strong communication skills.
- Willing to be based in North Jakarta, Medan, Batam, Balikpapan, or Surabaya and travel extensively.
Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and pursue new business opportunities by understanding customer requirements and providing value-added technical solutions.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations, technical proposals, and product demonstrations to prospective customers.
- Collaborate with Engineering and Technical teams to ensure successful project execution and timely resolution of issues.
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships by providing excellent after-sales support and identifying opportunities for repeat business.
- Contribute to sales planning and business development strategies while sharing market insights with the team.
- Consistently achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.
