Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, Business or related field.
• 1–2 years in Sales Engineering, Technical Sales, B2B Sales or Project Sales.
• Experience in elevator/escalator or building infrastructure preferred.
• Strong understanding of product specifications and installation processes.
• Proven ability to generate business opportunities and manage client relationships.
• Excellent negotiation, presentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the elevator and escalator market.
• Build and maintain relationships with developers, consultants, architects, contractors, and owners.
• Present products, provide technical and commercial solutions, and develop proposals.
• Coordinate with Engineering and Project teams to meet client specs.
• Lead commercial discussions and tender submissions through contract closure.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Procurement and Finance to support the sales process.
