Job summary

PT Hyundai Elevator Indonesia is seeking a Bali-based spare parts sales professional to drive monthly order targets. You will prepare technical reports and quotations, visit customers, and build strong relationships to secure orders.

Ideal candidates have a technical background, strong negotiation skills, and familiarity with elevator components. Contribution to revenue and close collaboration with internal teams are expected.

Responsibilities

• Conduct day to day spare parts sales activities to achieve monthly order targets
• Prepare technical recommendation reports and commercial quotations for customers
• Conduct B2B sales activities through regular customer visits and meetings to secure orders
• Build and maintain good customer relationships
• Generate new quotations through internal data portal, customer visits, market research, and coordination with operational/technical teams
• Review historical and pending quotations
• Work with internal sales, operations, procurement and back office to ensure orders, deliveries and billing are processed smoothly
• Support AR finance team to ensure payments collection
• Submit regular sales activity and pipeline reports to Sales Manager and management leaders

Conduct day to day spare parts sales activities to make sure achieve monthly order target is secured. Prepare technical recommendation reports and commercial quotations for customers. Conduct B2B Sales activities by regularly customer visits, build good customer relationship, and attend customer meeting to make sure order is secured.

Conduct B2B Sales activities through regular customer visits and meetings to secure orders

Build and maintain good customer relationships

Generate new quotations through internal data portal, customer visits, market research, and coordination with operational/technical teams

Work closely with internal sales team, operational leaders, procurement and back office staff to ensure orders, deliveries and billing are processed smoothly

Support AR finance team to ensure payments collection

Submit regular sales activity and pipeline reports to Sales Manager and management leaders

About you

Education: D3/S1 (preferably with technical background in Electrical Engineering)

Strong commercial negotiation skills and technical consultative mindset

Experience in Escalator & Elevator Company is a plus
