About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Project Engineer to support and coordinate engineering activities throughout project execution. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and reviewing technical drawings, coordinating engineering revisions, monitoring project requirements, and ensuring that all technical documentation is accurate and up to date.

Candidates with experience in the elevator, lift, or escalator industry will have a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities

Engineering Drawing Preparation

Prepare, develop, and revise engineering drawings, layouts, shop drawings, and installation drawings based on project specifications and site requirements.

Ensure drawings comply with technical specifications and project standards.

Technical Coordination

Coordinate with Project Engineers, Project Managers, and other relevant teams regarding drawing requirements and technical revisions.

Review technical information and resolve drawing-related issues in coordination with the project team.

Project Documentation

Maintain and organize engineering drawings, technical documents, and revision records.

Ensure all project documentation is accurate, complete, and updated.

Incorporate approved design changes and technical revisions into the latest drawings.

Ensure that only approved drawings and revisions are circulated for project execution.

Project Support

Provide technical support during project execution and installation activities.

Coordinate with site teams to ensure engineering requirements are properly implemented.

Assist in monitoring project progress and resolving technical issues when required.

Requirements

Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related engineering discipline.

Minimum 2-4 years of experience in project engineering, engineering design, or technical drawing preparation.

Experience in the elevator, lift, escalator, or vertical transportation industry is highly preferred.

Proficient in AutoCAD and able to read and interpret technical and engineering drawings.

Good understanding of engineering specifications, shop drawings, and installation requirements.

Familiarity with project documentation and engineering revision control.

Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently as well as in a team.

Willing to visit project sites and travel domestically when required.

Good command of Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is an advantage.

Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience working with elevator or escalator installation projects.

Knowledge of lift components, installation processes, and technical requirements.

Experience coordinating with contractors, consultants, suppliers, and project teams
