PT MYTECH ENGINEERING is seeking a sales-engineering professional in Surabaya to identify and pursue market opportunities for dust collection and filtration systems. You will engage with customers, present technical solutions, and coordinate project progress through to PO, maintaining strong relationships and a professional company image.

The role requires a relevant engineering degree, AutoCAD proficiency, excellent communication, and a proven sales track record.

Qualificações

• D3 / Bachelor's / Master's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
• Proficient in 2D & 3D AutoCAD programs
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to prepare and deliver technical presentations to explain products to prospective customers
• Able to plan and modify products according to customer needs
• Possess good problem-solving and planning skills
• Strong customer service skills with a proven sales track record
• Self-motivated individual with a strong desire to exceed targets
• Professional appearance and attitude
• Energetic personality with a “can-do” attitude
• Experience and knowledge in Dust Collection Systems or Filtration Systems are preferred
• Must possess a valid SIM A (driver’s license)

Responsabilidades

• Identify ongoing and upcoming projects in the market
• Follow up on project developments
• Prepare project reports and establish approaches with all channels involved in the project
• Ensure projects progress until the Purchase Order (PO) stage, which will be part of performance evaluation
• Maintain good relationships with customers
• Maintain and uphold the company and product/brand image
• Monitor ongoing tenders
• Prepare updated tender reports
