Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• Experience in construction materials or coatings is an advantage.
• Good command of spoken and written English.
• Willingness to travel for visits.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities, including potential customers and construction projects.
• Conduct active project hunting and visit construction sites to identify sales opportunities.
• Introduce and present company products, technical specifications, applications, and benefits to customers.
• Provide technical recommendations based on project requirements and customer needs.
• Build and maintain relationships with contractors, consultants, architects, developers, and project owners.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and product samples as required.
• Follow up on quotations, negotiations, and sales closing.
• Monitor project progress, including tenders, product approvals, and project awards.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs.
