We are seeking a Sales Engineer to drive growth by presenting automation and electrical solutions and by developing new customers. The role requires a Diploma/Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering or related fields, 1–3 years in automation/electrical sales, and a willingness to travel for business trips.

Qualifications

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Industrial Automation, or related fields.
Minimum 1–3 years experience in automation/electrical sales.
Basic understanding of PLC, HMI, SCADA, electrical panels, and instrumentation.

Responsibilities

Identify and develop new customers in industrial/manufacturing sectors.
Maintain good relationships with new/existing customers.
Present automation and electrical solutions/products to customers.
Prepare proposals and technical offers.
Conduct site visits and customer meetings.
Provide support, training, and development to customers.
Achieve sales targets set by the company.
Provide after-sales support and project follow-up.
Prepare regular sales activity reports.
