About you

• Strong Sales Engineering and Technical Support skills, with the ability to translate technical features into practical customer benefits
• Proficiency in Sales and Customer Service, including managing leads, negotiating, and maintaining positive client relationships
• Effective Communication skills, both verbal and written, for presenting solutions and coordinating with customers and internal teams
• Background in engineering, construction, or related technical field; experience in flooring or coating systems is an advantage
• Ability to work on-site, conduct field visits, and collaborate closely with project and operations teams
• Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and willingness to learn product specifications and industry standards
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technical Sciences, or a related discipline is preferred
• Basic proficiency in relevant software tools for documentation, reporting, and presentations
