Job summary

Ruangguru in Jakarta Pusat is seeking a Capability Development Lead to design and execute a comprehensive training strategy for Agents and Branch Managers at the English Academy Center. You will create modules, run workshops, and ensure learning aligns with business goals.

Responsibilities include needs analysis with the Commercial Team, cross-functional collaboration, KPI tracking, and regular progress reporting to stakeholders to boost sales capability and program effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in education or English education.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales training, learning & development, focusing on regional or national initiatives.
• Experience in Edutech ELT.
• Proven needs assessment and capability development program design/implementation experience.
• Skilled at driving sales performance across regions.
• Strong project management and cross-functional leadership.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for diverse stakeholders.
• Proficient in Google Sheets for performance tracking and reporting.
• Able to manage multiple information streams and tasks concurrently.
• Proactive, responsive and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a capability development strategy aligned with organizational objectives.
• Create training materials/modules for Agents and Branch Managers.
• Conduct training sessions and workshops to improve sales capability.
• Perform needs analysis with Commercial Team to identify skills gaps.
• Collaborate with leaders and stakeholders to align initiatives.
• Monitor and evaluate capability development ongoingly.
• Establish and track KPIs to measure impact.
• Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders.
