Job summary

Ruangguru is seeking a Capability Development Lead to design and execute programs for Agents and Branch Managers at the English Academy Center. You will build training materials, deliver sessions, and shape capability initiatives across regions.

Collaborating with the Commercial Team and business leaders, you will analyze needs, track KPIs, and report progress to management, ensuring scalable, impactful learning that boosts sales performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in education or English education field.
• Minimum 2 years in sales training, learning & development with regional scope.
• Experience in Edutech ELT and English language teaching.
• Proven ability to design and implement capability development programs.
• Strong drive to enhance sales performance across regions.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management.
• Proficient in Google Sheets for performance tracking.
• Able to manage multiple priorities and tasks simultaneously.
• Proactive, responsive, and detail-oriented; eager to learn and share.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive capability development strategy aligned with organizational objectives.
• Create training materials/modules for Agents and Branch Managers of English Academy Center.
• Conduct training sessions and workshops to improve sales capability.
• Conduct needs analysis with the Commercial Team to identify skill gaps.
• Collaborate with business leaders, product lines, and stakeholders to align initiatives.
• Monitor and evaluate capability development of Agents and Branch Managers.
• Establish and track KPIs to measure impact of capability initiatives.
• Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders/management.
