Job summary

ADVANCE.AI is seeking a Sales Enablement Specialist to support the commercial organization through sales enablement activities, content development, onboarding and CRM administration.

The role requires someone who is organised, detail‑oriented, tech‑savvy and a fast learner, with the ability to work independently and adapt to new tools and processes. You should be comfortable creating business and learning materials, presenting or hosting sessions, and supporting different enablement initiatives.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of relevant work experience in Sales Enablement, Learning & Development, Training, Content Development, Business Operations or a similar role.
• Experience creating presentations, SOPs, guides, training materials or other business content.
• Experience supporting training, onboarding or learning programmes.
• Good PowerPoint and document creation skills.
• Comfortable presenting, facilitating or hosting sessions for internal audiences.
• Experience working with CRM systems; CRM administration experience is a plus.
• Comfortable working with digital or e-learning materials/tools.
• Good written and spoken English.
• Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Support the development and maintenance of sales enablement content, including presentations, SOPs, guides, learning and e-learning materials.
• Support the design and delivery of sales onboarding, training and enablement programmes.
• Manage day-to-day CRM administration and user support, including basic troubleshooting and system updates.
• Work with subject matter experts and stakeholders to gather information and turn it into clear, practical and user-friendly materials.
• Support the implementation of sales enablement initiatives and projects, ensuring assigned deliverables are completed on time.
• Maintain and organise enablement resources to ensure content remains accurate, relevant and easy for the sales team to access.
• Support continuous improvement of sales enablement processes, content and tools based on business needs and feedback.
