Job summary

EnglishScore is hiring a Sales Development Representative to identify potential customers, generate new business opportunities, and book qualified meetings for the sales team. You will collaborate with the Sales and Account Managers as well as the Country Manager in Indonesia, leveraging CRM tools and prospecting platforms.

We are growing fast in the region, working with partners such as universities, government and employers. In this role you will help us research and initiate relationships with new customers. You will work closely with our Sales and Account Managers as well as the Country Manager in Indonesia.

The Role

We are looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team. As an SDR, you will be responsible for identifying potential customers, generating new business opportunities, and organising qualified sales meetings for our sales team. You will work closely with the sales team to ensure that our company’s sales goals are met.

We are looking for someone who has excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a proven track record of success in sales. If you are a self‑motivated individual with a passion for sales, we encourage you to apply.

About You

• Our ideal candidate is someone with 5+ years of experience in business development and/or sales-related activities.
• Experience working with universities or the higher education industry is preferable.
• Experience using a CRM tool (for example, HubSpot or Salesforce).
• Experience with tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Evergrowth, Lemlist etc.
• High energy, high performing individual
• Self‑starter
• You must be very organised.
• You must be tech‑savvy.
• You are goals‑driven and deadline‑conscious.
• You have great verbal and written communication skills in both English (EnglishScore 400+, CEFR B2 at least) and native Bahasa Indonesia speaker
