Job summary

Epiroc Balikpapan is seeking a data-driven specialist for Data Management and Marketing Information Support. The role focuses on maintaining the aftermarket database, updating NIS and call reports, and ensuring data accuracy to drive informed decisions in a Balikpapan-based team.

The candidate will analyze CRM data, monitor fleet MOL performance, and support forecasting with clean, consolidated data across multiple sources. A bachelor's degree and 2–3 years in related roles are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years in sales administration, order processing, or customer support.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update the aftermarket database (IDD) ensuring accuracy and timely updates.
• Manage marketing information databases and merchandising programs.
• Support forecasting and sales pipeline reporting with accurate data.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing to align information with business goals and forecasts.
