Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in sales operations, sales support, commercial excellence, marketing support, or business analytics.
• Experience with CRM systems, sales reporting tools, and data analysis.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable business insights.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the development and use of opportunity tracking tools and gather business requirements from the Sales team to enhance sales processes and market intelligence.
• Perform lost opportunities analyses, identify causes, and recommend actions with Sales/local BU to improve results.
• Recommend revisions to existing reports and assist in developing new reporting tools as needed.
• Analyze order and payment behaviors to improve ordering and payment processes.
