PT Epiroc Southern Asia is seeking a proactive Sales Administration/Marketing Information professional in Balikpapan. You will maintain the aftermarket database, ensure data accuracy, and support informed business decisions.

Responsibilities include forecasting support, CRM data analysis, and close collaboration with sales and marketing to align information with strategic objectives. A focus on efficiency in order processing and delivery follow-ups is required.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, or related field.
Minimum 2-3 years in sales administration, order processing, or customer support.
Experience handling quotation preparation, order entry, and delivery follow-ups.
Knowledge of aftermarket products and pricing structures.

Responsibilities

Maintain and update the aftermarket database (IDD) with customer, NIS, and service records.
Ensure data accuracy and timely updates to support decision-making.
Provide forecasting support and consolidate data from multiple sources.
Collaborate with sales and marketing to align information with business objectives.
