Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mining, computer science, mathematics, statistics, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of hands-on data analysis and modelling experience.

Responsibilities

• Collect and interpret large data from diverse sources.
• Build and maintain databases and data systems.
• Identify and track KPIs to measure performance.
• Develop predictive models to improve processes.
• Create visualizations, dashboards, and reports.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on data-driven solutions.
• Stay up to date with data analysis trends and tools.
• Provide data and analysis to the PA team.
• Propose initiatives based on analysis for the PA cycle.
• Identify data anomalies and solve complex data problems.
• Develop and implement data quality strategies.
• Work in a team to complete activities with escalation when needed.
• Document management (Functional design).
