Job summary

PT Grand Delight Realty is seeking a Sales Coordinator in Bali to manage bookings, respond to client inquiries, and support revenue growth. You will coordinate with Purchasing, Chef, and Operations teams to ensure accurate order and event execution, while maintaining sales tracking and pricing records.

The role requires 1–2 years in sales coordination or related fields, strong data and reporting skills, and excellent English communication for a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in sales, sales coordination, sales administration, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in sales reporting, data management, and administrative coordination.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
• Ability to analyze sales performance and monitor revenue, costs, margins, and profitability.
• Strong communication and coordination skills when working with internal departments, vendors, and clients.
• Detail-oriented, organized, proactive, and capable of managing tasks independently.
• Able to prioritize multiple responsibilities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in hospitality, villa management, catering, food and beverage (F&B), or event management is an advantage.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
