Talent Search Recruitment - Indonesia is assisting a growing telecommunications and network infrastructure company in hiring a Sales Manager to drive growth for its Network-as-a-Service platform.

The role will develop sales strategies, expand market penetration across Indonesia, and build relationships with MNOs, enterprises, infrastructure providers, technology partners, and regulatory bodies to generate revenue and strategic partnerships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a business-related field is required.
• 8+ years of experience in sales, business development, or partnerships in telecom or related tech fields.
• Strong understanding of the Indonesian telecommunications ecosystem, MNOs, and infrastructure players.
• Proven track record in B2B sales, partnerships, and revenue generation.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales and business development strategies to drive revenue growth and market penetration.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities across telecom operators, enterprises, and strategic partners.
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing contracts.
• Develop pricing models and value propositions aligned with customer needs.
• Drive achievement of sales targets and revenue growth.
• Identify new market opportunities and expand NaaS across Indonesia.
• Build relationships with key stakeholders in telecom, government, and regulatory bodies.
• Lead commercial negotiations and strategic partnerships including network-sharing deals.
• Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams for successful execution of initiatives.
• Coach and develop team members to meet objectives.
