Job summary

Kredivo is looking for an experienced Data Analyst to support analytics for the Business Development function. The role tracks and analyzes KPIs for the sales promoters, sales operation, merchant acquisition, and business development departments.

The successful candidate will be working closely with various stakeholders, namely product manager, product analyst, data engineer, and data scientist to deliver actionable insights and ensure data-driven decision-making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field is required.
• Minimum 4 years’ experience in data analytics related to business or product.
• Advanced SQL, data modeling, and visualization skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and track key metrics and KPIs for sales and BD.
• Create monthly targets, incentives, and performance dashboards.
• Collect, clean, and organize data from multiple sources for reporting.
• Analyze promoter performance and present actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain sales-related data marts and pipelines.
