Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field is preferred.
• Minimum 7 years of experience as a data analyst in sales or product analytics.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with data warehousing concepts.
• Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets for data manipulation.
• Experience with data visualization tools and dashboards.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.

Job description

Kredivo is looking for an experienced Sales Data Analyst, Assistant Manager IC (Individual Contributor) to support analytics needs for the Business Development function. This role is responsible for tracking and analysis for key metrics and KPIs for the sales promotor, sales operation, merchant operations, and business development departments. The successful candidate will be working closely with various stakeholders, namely business owners, product manager, product analyst, data engineer, and data scientist to deliver actionable insights and ensure data-driven decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Owning end-to-end tracking and analysis of key business metrics and KPIs such as GMV growth, promo spend efficiency, sales channel performance, merchant operations, and store performances.
• Designing and refining monthly sales team targets, incentive plans, performance tracking, and discrepancies resolution process.
• Independently collecting and organizing data from various sources and generating reports and dashboards.
• Conducting deep-dive analysis into sales promoter performance, patterns, and metrics and presenting insights to stakeholders.
• Acting as analytical partner to the sales promoter team to understand operational needs and deliver data-driven solutions.
• Identifying opportunities for sales promoter growth and improvement.
• Providing support for internal product development from data perspective.
• Developing, maintaining, and owning sales-related data marts.
• Leading root cause analysis for complex or ambiguous data issues, documenting findings, datamarts, pipelines, and insights to a standard others can rely on.
• Acting as subject matter expert and technical reference points for other analysts.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree preferably in quantitative subject (e.g. Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, or Mathematics)
• Minimum 7 years’ experience as Business Data Analyst, Sales Data Analyst, or Product Analyst.
• Excellent analytical skills. You need to be comfortable with data; analyze it, question its validity, interpret it, and develop recommendations based on it.
• Advanced SQL skill is mandatory.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets are mandatory.
• Great communication skills to translate complex data into clear business insights for non-technical stakeholders.
• Proficient in English, with the ability to converse professionally in both written and verbal communication.
• Experience with data visualization tools, e.g. Tableau, PowerBI, Mode, or Looker are mandatory.
• Experience with data warehouse modelling is mandatory.
• Experience with data pipeline automation (Airflow, dbt) is mandatory.
• Programming skills in Python is a strong advantage.
• Experience using AI coding agents or assistants (e.g. Claude, GitHub Copilot) to accelerate data analysis or automate workflows is a strong advantage.
• Experience leading a team of analysts is a strong advantage.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
