Job summary

Kredivo is seeking an Account Management, Assistant Manager to support our merchant client portfolio and drive GMV growth through account optimization and campaign collaboration. You will focus on online merchants in fashion/groceries categories, coordinating with cross-functional teams to boost performance.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years in business development, sales, or account management, excellent data analysis, and strong communication and negotiation skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required, preferably in business or management.
• 4+ years in BD, sales, or account management with online merchants.
• Proven track record growing merchant accounts.
• Strong data analysis and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Grow transaction volumes with merchants through account optimization.
• Liaise with merchants and manage day-to-day relationships.
• Collaborate across Business Development to ensure merchant visibility.
• Set partner priorities, plan promos, and educate users.
• Provide merchant reports weekly, monthly, quarterly.
• Assist BD in merchant testing practices.
• Drive service improvement and merchant visibility.
• Support quarterly merchant reviews and analytics.
