Job summary

Kredivo is seeking an experienced Sales Data Analyst, Assistant Manager IC, to bolster analytics for Business Development. You will track GMV-related metrics, design targets, and deliver dashboards for sales promoters, operations, and merchant activities.

Collaborate with product, data engineering, and data science to provide actionable insights and drive data-driven decisions in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field is preferred.
• Minimum 7 years of experience as a data analyst in sales or product analytics.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with data warehousing concepts.
• Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets for data manipulation.
• Experience with data visualization tools and dashboards.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end tracking and analysis of key sales metrics and KPIs.
• Design and refine monthly sales targets and incentive plans.
• Collect data from multiple sources and generate reports and dashboards.
• Perform deep-dive analyses on promoter performance and patterns.
• Partner with sales teams to deliver data-driven solutions.
• Identify opportunities for promoter growth and improvement.
• Support product development from data perspective.
• Develop, maintain, and own sales data marts.
• Lead root cause analysis and document pipelines and insights.
• Serve as SME and technical reference for other analysts.
