Job summary

Kredivo is seeking an Account Management, Assistant Manager to support our client portfolio and drive GMV growth from existing online merchants through account optimization and campaign collaboration.

This role requires a Bachelor's degree and at least 4 years in business development, sales or account management, with strong data analysis, Excel skills, and cross‑functional collaboration to maximise merchant performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business/Management or related field.
• Minimum 4 years in BD, Sales or Account Management, ideally online merchants.
• Proven track record managing key merchants and driving growth.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail and data analysis skills.
• Comfort translating insights into actionable strategies.

Responsibilities

• Analyze how to grow transaction with the merchant.
• Liaise & day to day management with merchant.
• Work across functions in Business Development Team on merchant success, ensuring timely communication & merchant visibility.
• Setting partner/merchant priorities, promo planning & user education.
• Provide merchant transaction report by weekly, monthly and quarterly
• Assist the BD in establishing business test practices.
• Target service improvement to stores, oversee optimum visibility.
• Assist in merchant quarterly reviews & analytics.
