Job summary

Bnbprofits is seeking a Sales Agent – Non Exclusive in Bali to drive lead generation, canvassing, and client acquisition for non-exclusive property management contracts. You will help initiate the Non-Ex department, close deals, and coordinate onboarding with internal teams.

The role requires field activity, strong communication and negotiation skills, and a proactive, target-driven mindset with the ability to travel by motorcycle or personal transport around Bali.

Role Summary: The Sales Agent – Non Exclusive is responsible for acquiring new non-exclusive property management contracts and supporting the initiation and growth of the Non-Exclusive (Nonex) department. This role focuses on lead generation, canvassing, client acquisition, and closing new partnerships with property owners to expand the company’s portfolio.

Job Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Canvassing

• Actively acquire new non-exclusive (Nonex) property management contracts.
• Conduct field canvassing to approach property owners and generate leads.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients.

Nonex Department Initiation

• Support the setup and development of the Non-Exclusive department.
• Identify opportunities to expand the Nonex portfolio.

Client Outreach & Deal Closing

• Present property management services to property owners.
• Negotiate partnership terms and close contracts.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new properties.

Reporting

• Maintain accurate records of leads and contract progress.
• Track and report performance against acquisition targets.
