Bnbprofits is seeking a Sales Agent – Non Exclusive in Bali to drive lead generation, canvassing, and client acquisition for non-exclusive property management contracts. You will help initiate the Non-Ex department, close deals, and coordinate onboarding with internal teams.

The role requires field activity, strong communication and negotiation skills, and a proactive, target-driven mindset with the ability to travel by motorcycle or personal transport around Bali.

Qualificações

• Experience in sales, business development, or property/real estate.
• Experience in canvassing or field sales is preferred.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Target-driven, proactive, and confident in approaching new clients.
• Must have personal transportation and be able to ride a motorcycle.

Responsabilidades

• Lead generation and canvassing to acquire new non-exclusive contracts.
• Support setup and development of the Non-Exclusive department.
• Present services to property owners and negotiate partnerships.
• Maintain records of leads and contract progress; track performance against targets.
