The Sales Agent - Non Exclusive is responsible for acquiring new non-exclusive property management contracts and supporting the initiation and growth of the Non-Exclusive (Nonex) department. This role focuses on lead generation, canvassing, client acquisition, and closing new partnerships with property owners to expand the company's portfolio.

Job Responsibilities:

• Actively acquire new non-exclusive (Nonex) property management contracts.

Nonex Department Initiation

• Support the setup and development of the Non-Exclusive department.
• Identify opportunities to expand the Nonex portfolio.
• Present property management services to property owners.
• Negotiate partnership terms and close contracts.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new properties.

Reporting

• Maintain accurate records of leads and contract progress.
• Track and report performance against acquisition targets.
