Qualifications

• Knowledge of sales processes and contract management best practices.

Responsibilities

• Compile Reports from Sales (Daily, Weekly) and Weekly Updates.
• Prepare Minutes of Meeting (MOM) for internal and external meetings.
• Prepare reports (PJ overview, Forecast, Customer List, Time Scheduling, Hand Over secured PJ to Engineering).
• Administrative tasks using MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Support sales processes and contract management activities.
