Job summary

Golden Agri Resources, based in Jakarta, seeks a Sales Administration professional to support order processing, invoicing, stock mutations, and reporting for our distributor network. You will ensure accurate data entry and smooth coordination with logistics.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in business, at least two years in sales support or data analysis, strong Excel skills (Pivot, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP), and familiarity with Power BI is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher required.
• At least 2 years in Sales Administration, Sales Support, or Data Analysis.
• Proficient with Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas). Power BI or similar tools is a plus.
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
• Understanding of sales reporting and distributor management processes.

Responsibilities

• Receiving and downloading Purchase Orders (PO).
• Entering data on sales invoices.
• Handling returns of goods.
• Mutating stock quantities and revising invoices; reconciling data.
• Entering returns of goods and sales returns per warehouse rules.
• Moving stock between internal branches as per logistics instruction.
• Correcting and revising external and internal invoices.
• Performing stock mutation and receiving stock per documents.
• Managing service level inputs for all incoming POs (Key Accounts).
• Archiving all incoming POs.
• Applying COD stamps on invoices for COD stores.
• Verifying incomplete New Outlet forms (TTD, store name, address, contact).
• Printing sales invoices and inspecting them against POs before submission to Logistics.
• Filling PO data, letters, and invoices.
• Inputting stock of the warehouse.

Job Responsibilities

• Receiving, downloading PO
• Conducting input data on sales invoice
• Return of goods
• Mutation of stock of goods and invoice revision, and check back on the data
• Conducting input returns of goods / sales returns according to warehouse returns
• Make inputs move stock goods between warehouse internal branch, based on NPS made by Logistics
• Perform input correction / revision of external and internal invoices
• Do input stock mutation and receive stock based on the applicable document
• Perform service level input for all incoming PO (especially Key Account)
• Do archives for all incoming POs
• Provide a cash on delivery stamp on invoices for stores that transact COD
• Verify the New Outlet form, which is incomplete (TTD, store name, address, contact person, etc.)
• Print sales invoices and inspect them as per PO before being submitted to Logistics
• Filling of PO data, letters, and invoices
• Perform input stock of warehouse

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Accounting, Statistics, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 year of experience in Sales Administration, Sales Support, or Data Analysis.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Table, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas); Power BI or other reporting tools is an advantage.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Good understanding of sales reporting and distributor management processes.
• Able to manage large volumes of data accurately and meet reporting deadlines.
