Job summary

PT Metal Work Pneumatic is seeking a Sales Administrator to support the Sales team in Banten/BSD Tangerang. The role focuses on back-office tasks, order processing, invoicing, and stock control within our ERP system.

You will prepare quotes, manage payments and receivables, and assist inventory counts with warehouse staff. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential, along with proficiency in MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Minimum 2 years back-office experience in a similar role.
• Proven experience in administrative/back-office roles.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Support Sales team by providing sample products/parts.
• Create sales quotations and process orders (invoices, tax, delivery notes).
• Manage payments and receivables data and collections.
• Monitor stock cards and the ERP system.
• Assist inventory activities with warehouse staff.
• Back up weekly and monthly sales performance reports.
• Participate in stock opname monthly and yearly.

Job description

The Role will be based in Banten/ BSD Tangerang and will support the Sales team in administrative and back office functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Support our Sales team to Provide Sample Product/ Part
• Create sales quotation and order processing ( Invoice, Tax, Delivery Note, Etc…)
• Ensure Payments and Receivables data and collection process
• Monitor and review stock card on our warehouse & our ERP System
• Support inventory activity and count together with warehouse staff
• Back up data Weekly report and Update Sales Performance
• Back up Monthly report and Update Sales Performance
• Stock opname activity monthly and yearly

About You

• A Degree level in Accounting and others From Reputable University
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• At least Minimum 2 years Back Office Job in Similar Job desk
• Proven experience in an administrative or back office role
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
