Job summary

PT TLG Electric Motorcycle Indonesia is seeking a detail-oriented Sales Admin to support our sales team in Balaraja. Responsibilities include preparing quotations, orders, invoices, and dealer agreements, while coordinating with sales, warehouse, logistics, and finance teams.

The role requires basic education, at least 1 year in sales admin, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. SAP experience is a plus, and familiarity with Purchase/Sales Orders and Delivery Orders is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum education: High School / Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree.
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Sales Admin or Sales Support (automotive or electric vehicle industry is a plus).
• Able to use Microsoft Office.
• Experience using SAP systems is a plus.
• Have experience in handling Purchase/Sales Order and Delivery Order

Responsibilities

• Support the sales team with daily sales administration activities.

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Sales Admin to support our sales team and ensure smooth daily sales operations. This role is suitable for candidates who enjoy administrative work, data management, and coordination with multiple teams.

1. Support the sales team with daily sales administration activities.
