Job summary

PT Insan Solusi Nusantara in Jakarta Barat is seeking a proactive sales professional to drive building materials projects. You will map opportunities, visit clients daily, manage orders from multiple outlets, and negotiate pricing with developers, contractors, and applicators.

You will search for new projects, build relationships, and prepare weekly and monthly sales reports to ensure monthly targets are met. Experience with ACP or exterior/interior building materials and MS Office is desirable.

Qualifications

• Experience in building material sales, ACP or related products.
• Experience handling construction projects.
• Ability to actively seek opportunities (project hunting).
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Existing relationships with developers, contractors, architects, and applicators.
• Knowledge of exterior materials (ACP, aluminium, glass, paint, aluminium frames) or interior materials (HPL, curtain wall, and WPC).
• Basic MS Office skills.
• Target-oriented, communicative, and relationship-builder.

About you

Experience in building material sales, particularly ACP or building material products

Experience handling construction or building material projects

Project hunting capability and ability to actively seek project opportunities

Strong negotiation and closing skills

Existing relationships or database with developers, contractors, architects, and applicators

Knowledge of building material products, particularly exterior products (ACP, aluminium, glass, paint, aluminium frames, acrylic) or interior products (HPL, curtain wall, and WPC)

Basic Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
