PT THE RANCH INTERNATIONAL in Uluwatu is seeking a motivated Salad Bar Staff to join our growing hospitality team. You will prepare fresh salads and items, maintain high hygiene standards, and deliver friendly service to guests.

Qualifications

• Experience in salad bar, kitchen, café, restaurant, or food preparation is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare fresh salads, fruits, vegetables, dressings, and other menu items.
• Ensure ingredients are fresh and stored properly according to safety procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the salad bar and prep area.
• Set up and maintain an attractive salad bar display.
• Prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Monitor stock and inform supervisor when replenishment is needed.
• Assist with receiving, checking, and storing food supplies.
• Follow food handling, hygiene, and sanitation procedures.
• Minimize food waste through proper preparation and portioning.
• Provide friendly and professional service to customers.
• Support other daily tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Responsibilities:

Prepare fresh salads, fruits, vegetables, dressings, and other menu items according to company standards.

Ensure all ingredients are fresh, properly stored, and prepared according to food safety procedures.

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the salad bar, preparation area, equipment, and utensils.

Set up and maintain an attractive and well-organized salad bar display.

Prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently.

Monitor ingredient levels and inform the supervisor when stock needs to be replenished.

Assist with receiving, checking, and storing food supplies.

Follow proper food handling, hygiene, and sanitation procedures.

Minimize food waste through proper preparation, portioning, and storage.

Provide friendly and professional service to customers when required.

Support other daily operational tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements:

Previous experience in a salad bar, kitchen, café, restaurant, or food preparation role is preferred.

Basic knowledge of food preparation and food safety standards.

Good understanding of hygiene and sanitation procedures.

Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Good communication and teamwork skills.

Responsible, punctual, clean, and well-organized.

Able to follow recipes, preparation procedures, and portion standards.

Willing to work on weekends and public holidays.

Experience in hospitality or healthy food concepts is a plus.
