Job summary

Barō Bali, part of Raya Collective, in Pererenan, Bali, seeks an experienced Front of House Manager to lead the FOH team and ensure smooth daily operations while delivering a warm, memorable guest experience.

You will collaborate with kitchen, bar, and management to uphold service standards and drive guest satisfaction in a premium dining environment. The role requires hands-on leadership and a passion for hospitality in Bali.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in FOH Manager, Restaurant Manager, or similar leadership role.
• Experience in restaurants, hospitality, or premium dining environments.
• Strong leadership and ability to develop a team.
• Hands-on approach in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Good communication and guest-relations skills, with ability to handle complaints.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and develop the FOH team to deliver excellent and consistent service.
• Oversee daily FOH operations including service, guest relations, reservations, and table management.
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service.
• Maintain high standards of service, hospitality, cleanliness, and presentation.
• Handle guest feedback and complaints professionally and effectively.
• Manage staff scheduling, attendance, performance, and daily team coordination.
• Monitor FOH supplies and coordinate ordering when required.
• Drive upselling and support the team in achieving revenue targets.
• Ensure company policies, SOPs, and service standards are followed.
• Support the management team with operational improvements and team development.

We are looking for an experienced and hands‑on Front of House Manager to join Barō Bali, part of Raya Collective, in Pererenan, Bali.

As FOH Manager, you will be responsible for leading the front‑of‑house team and ensuring smooth daily operations while delivering a warm, consistent, and memorable guest experience. You will work closely with the kitchen, bar, and management team to maintain our service standards and create an enjoyable dining experience for every guest.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and develop the FOH team to deliver excellent and consistent service

• Ensure smooth coordination between FOH, kitchen, and bar teams during service

What We're Looking For

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
• Hands‑on approach and comfortable working in a fast‑paced restaurant environment
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage service and hospitality standards
• Good communication and interpersonal skillsConfident in handling guest complaints and challenging situations
• Good understanding of staff scheduling, operational costs, and basic revenue management
• Able to work closely with kitchen, bar, and management teams
• Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays
• Previous experience in Bali or an international hospitality environment is a plus
