Job summary

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and beverages according to company standards.
• Provide excellent customer service and create a warm, friendly customer experience.
• Handle cashier duties, including processing payments accurately (cash & cashless).
• Operate POS system and ensure correct daily transaction recording.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organization of the coffee bar and store area.
• Assist in daily café and retail operations to ensure smooth workflow.
• Support inventory control, stock handling, and product display.
• Assist in upselling retail products, food & beverages, and promotions.
• Build strong relationships with customers and encourage repeat visits.
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient store operations.
• Follow company SOPs and contribute to continuous operational improvement.

Requirements :
